A Sweet Tourist Engagement Shoot in Beacon Hill

As a lover of travel, I sometimes have the incredible luck of photographing people who are travelers passing through my amazing city.

This adorable pair from San Francisco bonded over their love of travel, so when they asked me to take their engagement pictures during a long weekend exploring Boston, I was excited to capture them in some of my favorite downtown Boston spots.

We started with a coffee on Charles Street. Then we wandered through the brick and cobblestone streets of Beacon Hill. Some of the brownstones were dressed up for Halloween, with pumpkins and cobwebs. After a quick change, we walked over to the Boston Public Garden, where we finished our shoot as the sun set over the Boston skyline.

They’re pretty darn cute, aren’t they?
