Fall Photos with a Family of Three and Their Best Friends at Prospect Hill Park in Somerville

I recently had the pleasure of spending a gorgeous fall morning with a dear colleague, mentor, and friend. In fact, she was the very first person to request a photo shoot from me, so you might call her the inspiration behind Shaina Saw Photography! (I’m pretty sure that gets you photo shoots for life.)

After some holiday shots with the family at home, we met up with this gorgeous little girl’s “guardfathers” in the park. Much running, giggling, and leaf throwing ensued. For me, this shoot was a beautiful reminder that the family you choose is as lovely and important as the family you are born into.
